Pictures & Info Kokkari … is situated on a promontory just 10 km west of Samos Town, and is undoubtedly one of the prettiest villages on the island, and has consequently become a popular and rather cosmopolitan resort. Nevertheless, it has managed to retain its authentic Greek charm. The old village centre is delightful, comprising narrow streets lined with atmospheric tavernas, traditional kafenions and quirky little shops. The seafront and fishing harbour are equally picturesque and boast further venues for eating, drinking and socialising. In high season, the village becomes pleasantly lively in the evenings. LOCATION: The Pension is situated up on small hill, just few steps above from the small “ Lemonakia Beach” and right inside of the picturesque village of Kokkari. It is built in harmony with both, the natural environment and the local architectural style of the island with thoroughly up-to-date standards. It is THE ideal venue for unforgettable holidays! ACCOMMODATION: There are 6 rooms in total, arranged in 2 floors, each with either a balcony and sea-view. One 3-bedded room and 5 double rooms with fridge and the shower room (WC/shower) and all basic furbishment. FOOD & BEVERAGE: We serve for our guests a Continental Breakfast on our enchanting small terrace and as well in our Rock Beach Café “STAVENTO” – which is situated at a 10 minutes’ walk right at the Tarsanas Beach. We also offer different snacks and club sandwiches, omelets, salads etc. and of course accompanied by a variety in drinks. All our guests can benefit of a 10 % discount on the menu prices. SERVICES: A warm welcome by Christos and Fotini will ensure a fulfilled and enjoyable holiday! Our small reception is available every day for general information on excursions, car or bike hire, taxi transfer arrangements, bus connections, surfing lessons, festivities & events and not only!
