The bus stop from our Pension is 70 meters for Karlovasi and Samos. The First bar and mini market are 100 meters from our Pension and 700 meters is the center of Kokkari, Plus a windsurf school at 150 meters. All our studios have Air-condition, satellite TV, kitchenette, and all of them with balcony.
